Nature around Lake Reschen has gifted as not only with options for exploring it actively. It also has plenty in store from which to conjure up taste bud tickling treats. One who is a dab hand at this is landlord and head chef Reini. When he gets busy at the stove and oven and juggles all kinds of regional, fresh products – preferably from the neighbourhood – then suddenly the traditional comes upon the modern, the down-to-earth upon the fancy, the Alpine upon the Mediterranean. Add some fine wine and wonderful taste explosions are pre-programmed!
